Shortages are caused by several factors, including fear of illness from COVID, fear of injury on the jobsite, lack of monetary incentivization, and lack of skillset growth in the field. All these issues can be assuaged with the help of CoRe’s advanced IoT platform. CoRe provides employees with increased safety via wearables equipped with everything from panic buttons to fall detection, which alerts personnel of onsite injuries and helps to get immediate help. Each CoRe smart badge has a unique worker profile that logs training and certifications to confirm workers are equipped to perform specific tasks and to enhance their skillset as needed. With increased skillsets, an employee’s value goes up in the overall field. Through production management, employees can also be incentivized to complete jobs faster, which reflects in the data captured by CoRe wearables.
